At Blazon Agency Limited (hereafter referred to as "Blazon Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information provided through our website at https://www.blazonagency.com. This policy is in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • Enquiry details: when you use a contact form or email us, the name, email address, phone number, company, budget, timing and message you choose to give us
  • How you found us:with each enquiry we record the page you landed on and the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers such as Google’s gclid, gbraid and wbraid, so we can tell which of our marketing works
  • Technical and security information: IP address, approximate location (country and city derived from the IP address), browser type, and the result of a bot check run by Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam
  • Website usage: pages viewed and interactions, collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Responding to your enquiry and managing any resulting business relationship
  • Assessing enquiries so the right person follows up, including automated scoring of the enquiry text
  • Measuring which pages, channels and advertising campaigns bring us enquiries
  • Telling Google Ads, in hashed form, when an enquiry that came from one of our ads becomes a qualified opportunity, so our advertising reaches people with real projects
  • Protecting our website and forms from spam and abuse
  • Maintaining and improving the website, and complying with legal obligations

Our legal bases are our legitimate interests in handling enquiries, running and measuring our business and keeping the website secure, and your consent for analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run our business:

  • Vercel and Upstash (website hosting and secure storage of enquiries)
  • Attio (our customer relationship management system)
  • Google (Workspace email and sheets, Analytics, Google Ads and Tag Manager)
  • Slack (internal notification of new enquiries)
  • Anthropic (automated assessment of enquiry text)
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection) and Microsoft (Clarity, with your consent)

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to respond and manage our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access copies of your personal data
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate information
  • The right to erasure under certain conditions
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to object to processing
  • The right to data portability
