Robots Shipped as Products. Not Tech Demos.
Consumer robots, industrial robotics, service robotics. We launch robots as products that buyers can use — with crowdfunding, DTC, B2B enterprise sales and tier-one tech press across 500+ launches.

The Method
Robotics is where the tech is often further along than the product.
Too many robotics launches pitch the breakthrough, the sensors, the SLAM algorithm, the learning model. Buyers want to know what the robot does, why it matters and whether it will actually work in their kitchen, warehouse or hospital. When the launch emphasises technology instead of use case, press coverage reads like engineering journalism. The robot wins awards and doesn't win customers.
For consumer robotics we run the full Blazon hardware playbook — crowdfunding or pre-order, Shopify DTC, PR, paid media, retail. For industrial and service robotics we run B2B launches with tier-one tech press, enterprise sales enablement, investor comms, and conference presence at Automatica, CES Robotics and ICRA.
What We Do
Full-stack robotics launch capability
Strategy & Positioning
Market research, buyer articulation, competitor mapping for consumer versus industrial robotics.
Crowdfunding (Consumer)
Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns for consumer robotics. Full-stack pre-launch through DTC scale.
B2B Enterprise Launch
Content, PR, sales enablement and conference support for industrial and service robotics.
Pre-Launch Funnel
Waitlist funnels, pre-order engines, VIP tiers for consumer robotics launches.
Paid Media
Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn (B2B). Creative that explains what the robot actually does.
Tier-One Tech Press
TechCrunch, Wired, MIT Technology Review, IEEE Spectrum, The Robot Report, specialist press.
Video Production
Robot demos, product films, explainer content and ad creative shot in real-world context.
Shopify DTC
Post-crowdfunding DTC stores for consumer robotics, built to convert and scale.
Retail & Distributor Support
Retail pitch decks, Amazon listing optimisation, distributor outreach for hardware at volume.
Robotics Categories
From consumer companion bots to industrial automation. Launches built around the buyer, not just the breakthrough.
Work
Robotics launches that delivered.
A connected health robot, launched end-to-end then acquired.
Pillo Health is a connected medication-management robot for the home. We ran the launch end-to-end — crowdfunding, DTC, press, community. The company was subsequently acquired by Stanley Black & Decker. (Prior client note: we also launched Buddy, the companion robot.)

Our Approach
Build Launch Scale
How we take a robot from prototype demo to shipped product.
Build
Positioning for consumer versus enterprise. Buyer framing. Competitive wedge. Demo video production. Pre-launch audience and campaign page build.
Launch
Coordinated crowdfunding or enterprise launch. Tier-one press. Investor comms. Community activation. PR coverage that reads as product, not prototype.
Scale
DTC, B2B sales, retail distribution, international. Second SKU planning. Post-launch paid media. Enterprise pilot conversion.
Our Process
Four Phases From Prototype to Shipped Product
A battle-tested process across consumer, industrial and service robotics.
Strategy
Positioning for consumer versus enterprise. Buyer framing. Competitive wedge. Channel sequencing.
Build
Campaign page or B2B launch site. Demo videos in realistic context. PR targets. Pre-launch audience.
Launch
Coordinated campaign or enterprise launch. Tier-one press. Investor comms. Community activation.
Scale
DTC, B2B sales, retail distribution, second SKU, international expansion.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with consumer or industrial robotics?
Both. Consumer robotics (vacuum bots, lawn bots, companion robots, consumer drones) use the Blazon hardware launch playbook with crowdfunding, pre-order and DTC channels. Industrial and service robotics use a B2B launch playbook with tier-one press, content marketing and enterprise sales enablement.
Is crowdfunding a fit for robotics?
Yes for consumer robotics. Kickstarter and Indiegogo have funded successful consumer robotics launches (vacuum bots, drone cameras, companion robots). Not typically a fit for industrial robotics which sell B2B through longer cycles.
Do you handle regulatory communications?
Partly. We advise on launch messaging that acknowledges regulatory context without overclaiming. For specific regulatory filing support, we partner with specialist consultants.
Do you help with patents and IP marketing?
We handle IP as a communication asset (press around filings, technical moats) but we don't file patents or run IP strategy. We coordinate with the client's IP counsel.
What does a robotics launch cost?
From $15,000. Full launches typically $25,000–$150,000. Consumer robotics with crowdfunding fits the lower end; B2B industrial launches with extensive PR and content scope fit the upper end. Scoped upfront with a fixed project fee.
How do you handle demo videos for robotics?
Dedicated capability. We produce robot demo films that show the robot in realistic context (not just in a studio), with specific use-case framing. Production timelines 4-8 weeks depending on shoot complexity.
Do you work with academic spinouts?
Yes. Research commercialisation is a common path for robotics. We translate academic work into commercial positioning without losing technical credibility. Talk to us about your launch.
