Do you work with new DTC launches or scaling existing brands?

Both. New launches typically use the full Foundation to Scale engagement. Existing brands often engage on specific bottlenecks: paid scale, email optimisation, CRO or international expansion.

Shopify versus Shopify Plus?

Shopify Basic and Standard work for brands up to roughly $2M ARR. Shopify Plus is usually worth the migration at $2M+ ARR or when international scale, checkout customisation or multi-store needs arise.

How does paid media work for DTC?

Meta is the primary acquisition channel for most consumer DTC. Google Ads supports intent capture and brand defence. TikTok works for younger demos and content-led brands. We run creative testing in-house because creative fatigues faster than targeting.

What email platform do you use?

Klaviyo for 95% of engagements. Klaviyo integrates natively with Shopify, supports the flow structures that drive DTC revenue, and has the deliverability reputation that matters at scale.

What ROAS should we target?

Varies by stage and category. New launches: 1.5-2.5x ROAS as the acquisition loop warms. Scaled brands: 3-5x ROAS as retention compounds. Subscription-led categories run higher; high-AOV fashion and luxury run lower at steady state but with stronger LTV.
