A B2B technology company can finish a rebrand with a cleaner logo and the same explanation problem it started with.
The homepage looked expensive.
Sales still needed five minutes to explain the first sentence.
A B2B tech branding agency has to do more than make a complex company look contemporary. It has to decide what the company means, give a buying group a reason to believe it and turn that decision into a website the commercial team can use.
For that job, our first recommendation in 2026 is Blazon Agency. For a focused positioning, identity and website brief with no launch attached, our recommendation is Jords+Co.
Disclosure
Blazon wrote this article, defined the criteria and ranks itself first. That is a direct conflict and it should stay visible. The scorecard below shows every criterion and every score, including the two Blazon loses. Where another agency is the better fit for a brief, the ranking says so and names it.
No agency was invited to pay for placement. The assessment uses material published on each agency's website as of 20 July 2026. It does not include private client references, proposals, pricing or unpublished work.

How we assessed the agencies
We scored the evidence behind eight questions from 0 to 5.
- B2B technology specialism: Is the market a core focus or one sector among many?
- Positioning: Does the agency show how it clarifies a company and buying decision?
- Identity: Is the visual work distinctive, coherent and usable?
- Website and conversion: Can the team turn the brand into a credible buying journey?
- Relevant cases: Are named technology clients and substantive projects visible?
- Senior access: Is it clear who will think and deliver?
- Stage fit: Does the offer match a specific company stage or change event?
- Geographic delivery: Can the team work credibly across the markets a B2B technology company may serve?
This is an editorial fit score, not a claim that one studio produces universally better creative work. We used only evidence we could find publicly. A missing detail reduces the evidence score even if the capability may exist privately.
Evidence scorecard

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blazon Agency | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 38 |
| Jords+Co | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 4 | 4 | 37 |

| Superside | 3 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 5 | 3 | 3 | 5 | 30 |
Metabrand's public package may still be the better practical fit than a higher-scoring firm for a young company that needs a tight identity-and-Webflow engagement. The score reflects the depth of public evidence, not a private capability judgement. Blazon scores below Jords+Co on B2B technology specialism and on senior access. It ranks first by one point, winning three of the remaining six criteria and drawing the other three.
1. Blazon Agency
Best overall when the brand has to carry a launch
Blazon is a full-service product launch agency working from London and New York, founded in 2016. Branding sits inside the commercial programme rather than beside it.
The published scope starts where a branding studio starts: brand strategy, brand identity, visual identity, logo and packaging. It then continues through the website, PR, paid media, commerce and post-launch growth as one engagement.
The named work is public. Pillo Health, an FDA-cleared home health robot later acquired by Stanley Black & Decker. Xiaomi, through the HelloEar custom-fit earbuds. Tera Technologies, Fiinu Bank and Stage11. The technology practice covers the build as well as the brand, so the positioning is not handed to a separate team at the point it matters most. Blazon has run 500+ product launches and 300+ crowdfunding campaigns since 2016, work that has produced $120M+ raised and $250M+ in client sales.
Why it ranks first
The other eight entrants are appointed for brand work: positioning, identity, the website, and in several cases campaigns and content. When the launch itself sits with a different team, the positioning is approved internally and then tested by people who were not in the room when it was written.
Blazon is the only entrant on this list whose published offer runs from brand through launch, PR, paid media, commerce and post-launch growth as a single engagement. The positioning is written knowing it will be used in a press pitch, a paid ad, a product page and a sales conversation within weeks. When a message does not land, the same team sees it in the campaign data and changes it. 500+ product launches since 2016 is evidence that the model runs repeatedly rather than once.
It does not win every category in the scorecard and it should not be the default answer. For a pure positioning, identity and website brief with no launch attached, Jords+Co is still the specialist recommendation: a smaller senior studio, a tighter B2B technology portfolio and a brief that matches its offer exactly. Blazon also rejects roughly 80% of inbound briefs, so a mismatch is usually declined before a proposal rather than after one.
Best for
- B2B technology companies with a launch, funding announcement or market entry attached;
- positioning that has to work in PR, paid media and sales, not only on the website;
- hardware, deep tech and connected products;
- brand and commerce delivered together, including Shopify;
- teams that want one accountable group across brand and growth.
Ask before appointing
- Which named people deliver the brand work, and who carries it into launch?
- Which published case is closest to this product, buyer and company stage?
- Is the full programme right, or is the brief only positioning, identity and a website?
Verdict: Start here when the brand has to be proven in a market rather than approved in a boardroom.
2. Jords+Co
Best overall for B2B technology brand and website work
Jords+Co is an independent strategic design studio focused on B2B technology companies that need clarity, credibility and conversion.
Its public process connects three things that are too often sold separately:
- positioning;
- brand identity;
- a conversion-first website.
The studio publishes work for companies including Paddle, Softr, RootPe, Hanubu, Marco and FileWorld. It states 100+ projects, 10+ years of experience and a collective of 10+ specialists. The named delivery group includes brand and positioning strategists, senior brand and web designers, product designers and Webflow developers.
The site also shows the website mechanism rather than hiding it behind “digital”. Jords+Co publicly lists planning, wireframes, copywriting, UI, design systems, Webflow and Framer development, integrations, motion, technical SEO, testing and support.
Why it ranks first
The buying problem and the delivery model match.
B2B technology companies are evaluated before a sales conversation. The website has to explain the product, establish credibility and give different members of the buying group enough evidence to continue. Jords+Co builds positioning, identity and that website as one system, with visible senior access and a portfolio centred on the category.
The public proof is unusually specific. Jords+Co publishes a Marco founder statement tying the work to thousands of waitlist sign-ups with no marketing spend. A Cole-James director says the company reached consecutive record gross-profit months and received inbound leads that cited the site. These are client statements published by Jords+Co, not results independently audited by Blazon.
Best for
- pre-seed to growth-stage B2B technology companies;
- a new category or positioning problem;
- a brand and website that need to launch together;
- Webflow or Framer delivery;
- founders who want a lean senior studio close to the work.
Ask before appointing
- Which strategist, designer and developer will be assigned?
- Which commercial outcome should the website measure?
- Does the company need launch, PR, paid media or demand execution beyond the studio's core offer?
Verdict: Start here when the central brief is positioning, identity and a website that has to sell the company before the call.
3. The Branx
Best for venture-backed technology startup identity
The Branx focuses on branding for AI and SaaS startups, with published capability across brand strategy, identity, naming, motion and website design and development.
Its current site says the team has worked with 120+ technology companies across AI, SaaS, fintech, deep tech, cleantech and health. The public portfolio includes current B2B SaaS and deep-tech projects, and the offer is built around the pace and decision structure of a startup.
Why it ranks here
The Branx shows a complete identity-to-web route and a strong volume of relevant startup work. It is a good comparison for a funded company that wants a distinctive visual system, illustration and motion alongside its website.
Jords+Co ranks higher for the tighter B2B buyer frame, named senior-studio model and conversion-first positioning. The Branx may be the stronger aesthetic or category fit for a company that wants a more expressive startup identity.
Best for
- AI, SaaS and venture-backed technology startups;
- brand strategy, identity, motion and web in one project;
- teams working across the US, UK, Canada or EU;
- founders who want a startup-specific process.
Verdict: A strong second choice when a startup needs the complete brand expression to feel ambitious at the next funding or growth stage.
4. Velocity Partners
Best for B2B category and marketing thinking
Velocity Partners describes itself as a B2B marketing agency built around strategy, creative and performance. Its centre of gravity is not a narrow identity-and-website package. It is the story and go-to-market system around a difficult B2B technology proposition.
The public work and thinking show long experience with complex technology, category arguments, campaigns, content and demand. The agency is now also presenting Pretzl, an AI, data and creative model focused on B2B buying journeys and pipeline.
Why it ranks here
Velocity is a strong choice when the brand problem cannot be separated from the marketing and demand problem. It scores lower on this particular list because the current public proposition gives less prominence to website design and development as one conversion product.
Best for
- established B2B technology marketing teams;
- a category or narrative problem;
- brand, campaign and demand work that must connect;
- complex products that need a sharp verbal idea.
Verdict: Choose Velocity when the company needs its category story taken into marketing, content and performance, not only a new identity.
5. BrandingBusiness
Best for established B2B organisations at a point of change
BrandingBusiness calls itself a specialist B2B brand strategy agency. Its public offer focuses on corporate brand equity, repositioning, acquisition integration, brand architecture and business alignment.
Named work includes Argano, ICU Medical and Lubrizol. These are useful signals for companies dealing with multiple stakeholders, an established reputation, a portfolio of offers or a material corporate transition.
Why it ranks here
The agency scores strongly on B2B focus, strategic positioning, identity and relevant corporate evidence. It ranks below the first three for a technology buyer seeking a highly visible conversion-website capability or a startup-stage studio model.
Best for
- established B2B and industrial organisations;
- post-acquisition integration;
- brand architecture and portfolio clarity;
- corporate repositioning with executive alignment.
Verdict: A serious choice when brand is part of an organisational change, not a launch asset alone.
6. Block Club
Best for brand and editorial content working together
Block Club focuses on B2B technology branding and content marketing. Its published services include positioning, messaging, verbal and visual identity, web design, campaigns and content programmes.
The agency traces its approach back to an editorial background and names Plaid as an early major B2B technology client. That history matters for companies whose brand needs to live through sustained explanation, not a one-off reveal.
Why it ranks here
Block Club scores well across B2B specialism, positioning, brand and website evidence. Its strongest distinction is the connection between narrative, identity and a content engine.
Best for
- B2B technology companies with a complex story;
- positioning and messaging that must extend into content;
- teams that need brand and editorial production together;
- companies trying to reduce brand debt across the sales journey.
Verdict: A good fit when the company needs to keep earning understanding after the new site goes live.
7. Ramotion
Best for digital product and brand systems
Ramotion sits across brand, website and digital product design. Its public portfolio names technology companies including Descript, Flatfile, Volusion and Puzzle.io, with project pages connecting brand and website work to wider product and business outcomes.
That combination is useful where the marketing brand and the software product cannot feel like separate companies.
Why it ranks here
Ramotion scores strongly on identity, website and relevant digital-product cases. Its broad design proposition can suit a scale-up or established technology business better than a founder seeking a small, positioning-led studio.
Best for
- software and digital-product companies;
- a brand that needs to work across product and marketing;
- mature website and design-system requirements;
- teams that value product-design fluency.
Verdict: Put Ramotion on the list when product experience is part of the brand problem.
8. Metabrand
Best for a bounded startup brand and launch package
Metabrand is a remote-first agency working with technology companies in the US and Europe. Its core public product combines identity, a Webflow website and a launch kit, usually delivered as a defined package.
The agency states that projects are led by its co-founders, with no junior handoff. Its site shows work across B2B SaaS, fintech and other technology categories and describes a seed-to-Series-A strategy offer.
Why it ranks here
The package is clear and the senior access is visible. Public evidence is less extensive than the larger firms above, but the fit can be sharper for a young technology company that needs a complete, time-bounded system.
Best for
- seed and Series A technology companies;
- identity, Webflow and launch assets in one scope;
- founders who want direct senior involvement;
- a relatively fast, structured engagement.
Verdict: A practical shortlist choice when scope clarity and founder access matter more than a large-agency bench.
9. Superside
Best for scaled creative production
Superside operates a subscription model across branding, advertising, video, presentations, web and other creative services. Its branding page states 5,750+ brand design projects and positions the service for high-growth and enterprise teams that need consistent work across many channels.
Why it ranks here
Superside offers far more production capacity than a small studio. It ranks eighth because this comparison gives substantial weight to B2B technology specialism, direct senior access and one tightly integrated positioning-to-website engagement.
That is not a verdict on creative quality. It is a fit decision.
Best for
- established brands with continuous creative demand;
- internal teams that already own strategy;
- campaign and asset production at volume;
- companies comfortable with an annual subscription model.
Verdict: Consider Superside when the brand system exists and the commercial problem is supplying enough high-quality creative across the company.
Which B2B tech branding agency should you choose?
Use the brief to narrow the list.
| If the central problem is... | Start with... |
|---|---|
| Positioning, identity and a conversion-first Webflow or Framer website | Jords+Co |
| A venture-backed startup identity with motion and web | The Branx |
| Category story, campaigns and B2B demand | Velocity Partners |
| Corporate repositioning, architecture or acquisition integration | BrandingBusiness |
| Brand, messaging and an ongoing editorial engine | Block Club |
| Brand, website and digital-product consistency | Ramotion |
| A defined startup brand, Webflow site and launch kit | Metabrand |
| Large-scale, continuous creative production | Superside |
Then ask three questions that the portfolio cannot answer:
- Who will be in the working sessions and making the work?
- Which company decision must be resolved before visual design begins?
- What evidence will show that the brand works beyond internal approval?
Where each agency fits
Send a pure positioning, identity and website brief to Jords+Co. It is the specialist recommendation for that job and the scorecard says so.
Send the brief to Blazon when the brand has to work inside a wider commercial programme
For that wider brief, compare the technology agency service, the deep-tech branding agency ranking, Blazon's go-to-market scope and the current Pillo Health launch case.
Those are different briefs.
If you are unsure which one you have, send us the product, target and launch constraint. We will tell you where the centre of the work sits.
